    Location: TOLNA County

     

    MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

    Ensure the operations controlling processes across the value chain from incoming materials over manufacturing until the final shipment to customers and provide consolidated reports to the entire operations area of 2 plants.

    Reports directly to the Finance Director of Hungary and this position is a member of the plant board.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES

    • Ensures financial transparency across the value chain and all financial policies are aligned with procedures and standards in the plant
    • Improve operational performance by preparing the material, manufacturing and transport cost reports
    • CAPEX spends controlling and PID process, and post project evaluations for major CAPEX projects
    • Budgeting of production, waste and transport cost, responsible for final BOMs
    • Co-ordinating the budgeting of procurement/production cost/OWC/rebates/logistics
    • Update fixed and variable cost allocation guidelines and follow up on their implementation
    • Participate and support the development and implementation of business development projects to increased profits
    • Provide accurate, prompt reporting and control of operations area
    • Prepare roadmap and proposals for mid- and long-term cost savings
    • Collaborate with the Operations Controlling Director, COO of Europe, and the Plant Controllers and Plant managers and SSC
    • Ensure the integration of the newly acquired factory (Pécs) into the company’s controlling processes
    • Systematically review current processes and data, and methodically carry out the integration

     

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • University degree / Higher Professional Education in Finance or Economics
    • Minimum 10 years finance and 5 years plant controlling experience
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior or leadership position
    • Experience in consumer goods business
    • ERP knowledge
    • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    • Negotiation skills in English (verbal and writing)
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • High level of leadership skills
    • Able to make decision
    • Goal oriented
    • High level of MS Office
